Artist’s Statement: From the first moment I touched clay, I knew it was love. The sheer possibility in a lump of earth? It had me enchanted! Clay invites me to get lost in a world of endless creativity and to be fully present, taking life one squishy, messy, magical step at a time. Pottery is a patient muse, urging me to respect each stage and moment of its formation, never rushing but embracing each phase in its own perfect time. I hope that when you see my work, you smile, laugh, or maybe raise an eyebrow and ask, “What on earth is that?” Either way, my art is here to evoke, amuse, and maybe surprise a bit.
