Natasha Kobbe’s art is inspired by mother nature and her persistent studies of subject matter that interest her. She’s also an animal lover and owns a hobby chicken farm in Hillsboro and because she cares for her pasture raised chickens so well, she is rewarded with tasty eggs! Natasha’s heart for art, her strive to always do her best and give her all makes her a wonderful addition to the WCAA Board of Directors!

Sam Combs has enjoyed being creative since childhood but did not truly embrace her inner artist until 2015, experimenting with watercolor. Sam painted mostly for her enjoyment and escape from the medical field for a few years, learning via social media tutorials and lessons.
Summer of 2023 was transformational as Sam found the expressive instant beauty of soft pastels and began to feel the call of pursuing art as a career and what that means.

Olivia LeMaster is the Co-Secretary of the Washington County Art Alliance. With a degree in Game Art and Animation, she blends her digital art background with a passion for graphic design. Her creative work often explores the balance between structure and spontaneity, experimenting with how geometric forms can harmonize within organic compositions. When she’s not working or creating art, Olivia enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending time with her husband, two cats, and dog.

Olivia LeMaster is the co-chair of the Washington County Art Alliance. Creating fiber collage ‘HeartCenter Flags,” (think prayer/meditation flags) began as a Love response to chaos and suffering in 2015. My creative process requires listening in Silence and Unknowing to what will flow through me, as I layer recycled fabric and fibers. Details are stitched in as I move the flag freely on my sewing machine, “painting with thread.” This year I have been commissioned to make a burial shroud and frontispiece which has expanded and deepened my process incredibly. Never blending my two mediums, I also create acrylic paintings using a glazing technique. Whether with fiber collage or painting, it is my joy to create “glowing effects,” in pieces. When you visit make your own tiny flag and I’ll stitch it while you wait.
